Experiences that collect data.

Seven activation concepts built around the properties AdventHealth already owns: from Speedweeks and the No. 43 to the Kia Center, Camping World Stadium and Epcot.

Each one is a mechanic fans line up for, plus a measurement layer that lands in your ROI framework. One partner, one crew, one report.

01 · Where you already are

You own the properties. We add the mechanic.

We built this around your public sports and entertainment portfolio. Every concept below maps to a property, a date and a KPI, so it can drop into a calendar that already runs 600 activations a year.

Built for your calendar, not ours.

Each concept pairs a property with a mechanic we have already run, and states what the report will contain. The videos are real deployments, not renders.

No. 43 Sim Zone

Where: Speedweeks fan zone · AdventHealth 400 · the 11 Erik Jones race weekends

Pro-grade racing simulators in the No. 43 livery. Fans run a hot lap at Daytona or Kansas, see their time on a leaderboard, and leave with a shareable clip. A health layer on the rig turns "whole-person health" into something people feel: heart rate and reaction time at the wheel, shown next to the lap time.

Mechanic
  • 2 to 8 sims, motion optional
  • Live leaderboard on LED
  • Erik Jones challenge lap
  • Optional RC track for kids
Report
  • Participants, laps, dwell time
  • Marketing opt-ins
  • Reaction time and heart-rate ranges
  • Clips shared per weekend
Real deployment · sim racing
C-02 · Arena

Whole-Person Health Quiz

Where: Kia Center concourse · Raymond James Stadium · Amalie Arena

A branded trivia game on a big screen where fans play from their own phone, no app, no line. Questions carry the message you want them to leave with: screening ages, urgent care vs. ER, hydration on game day. The right answer is the brand story, and every player becomes a marketing opt-in.

Mechanic
  • Phone as controller via QR
  • Rounds timed to pregame and halftime
  • Prize wall or ticket upgrade
  • Runs on your existing screens
Report
  • Players per game and per round
  • Answer data by question
  • Opt-ins with ZIP for service-line routing
  • Completion rate vs. concourse traffic
Product · Branded Quiz & Trivia Branded quiz on a vertical screen with a question panel

Sideline Skills

Where: Citrus Bowl fan fest · Camping World Stadium · Buccaneers game days

Sports mini-games that fit a 10×10 or a whole plaza: interactive foosball with live scoring, penalty-kick and speed mapping on an LED floor, reaction drills. Built for repeat play, so families stay and the sponsor board stays in frame.

Mechanic
  • Interactive foosball, sensor-scored
  • Skill and speed mapping games
  • Team leaderboards by section
  • Bilingual crew
Report
  • Games played, repeat rate
  • Dwell time per family
  • Opt-ins and photo consent

America Sports Pinball

Where: Kia Center and Amalie Arena concourses · Raymond James fan plaza · Solar Bears and Osceola Magic game nights · pediatric lobbies

A real pinball cabinet, flippers and all, with a digital playfield that plays the sport of the house: basketball for the Magic, hockey for the Lightning and Solar Bears, football for the Bucs, plus baseball and soccer. The table is skinned to the team and to AdventHealth in days, not months: colors, logos on the playfield, your message on the dot-matrix display, and a play-by-play announcer calling the game. Same cabinet travels between properties; only the skin changes.

Mechanic
  • Pinball cabinet, sport engine per venue
  • Sponsor and health messages inside the game
  • High-score board per section or per night
  • Web demo playable today, cabinet in build
Report
  • Plays, average game length, repeats
  • High-score entrants as opt-ins
  • Message impressions inside the game
  • Play by hour, by venue, by skin

C-05 · Family

Play Full Floor & Wall

Where: Epcot Play Full Garden · Dazzling Nights · AdventHealth for Children events

A reactive LED floor and an interactive wall that respond to movement: kids chase, jump and paint with their bodies. No screens in hands, no reading required, which is why it works for a two-year-old and a grandparent at the same time. Content skins to the season: garden in spring, lights in December.

Mechanic
  • Camera-tracked floor and wall
  • Seasonal content packs
  • Indoor or covered outdoor
  • Runs unattended for hours
Report
  • Sessions and active minutes
  • Peak-hour heatmap
  • Family opt-ins at the exit
  • Photo moments delivered

The Network Roadshow

Where: Drive Out Hunger stops · Centra Care and Primary Care openings · Track Shack expos · new-mover neighborhoods

A modular kit that travels in one vehicle and sets up in under an hour: an RC driving track, a compact sim and a lead station. It plugs into the display system your team already built, so the brand looks the same in Tampa and in Kansas City. One crew runs 40 stops in a season.

Mechanic
  • Fits a cargo van, sets up in 45 min
  • RC track with POV cameras
  • Lead station with location tag
  • Same kit, every market
Report
  • Participants per stop and per market
  • Opt-ins tied to the nearest location
  • Appointment-intent leads (marketing consent only)
  • Cost per engaged household

Next Icons: Sim Racing Academy

Where: Magic Gaming · Legacy Motor Club · the AdventHealth network as casting venues

An annual program, not a one-off: open sim-racing qualifiers at your events, a shortlist coached with sports-performance and mental-health content from AdventHealth, and a final on a race weekend with the No. 43 team. The face of the academy is Nico Varrone, Formula 2 driver with Van Amersfoort Racing and 2023 Le Mans class winner, who trains on Vracer simulators: he sets the challenge laps, coaches the shortlist and drives the final. It turns the Magic Gaming partnership into year-round content and gives every activation above a reason to come back.

Mechanic
  • Qualifiers on the C-01 sims
  • Varrone challenge laps and coaching
  • Coaching content with your clinicians
  • Vertical video series
  • Finals at Daytona or Kansas
Report
  • Entrants by market and age band
  • Series views and retention
  • Community growth over the season
  • Traffic to your locations from qualifiers

03 · The data layer

Every activation ships with a report.

You told us an impactful activation is experience plus data collection. We agree, and we built the second half into the first. The numbers below are from our last twelve deployments.

4.8×longer engagement time vs. static activations
92%opt-in on first-party data capture
2.4K+user-generated assets per campaign
3.1×brand-recall lift vs. category benchmark
Collected on site

How it lands in your framework

  • Recap deck per event, ready for the sponsor

05 · New builds

If it doesn't exist yet, we build it.

Software, hardware and content are made in-house. Give us the property and the KPI, and we come back with a mechanic, a footprint and a price.

Every concept on this page started as a client brief. The reactive floor, the phone-as-controller quiz and the RC tracks were all built for a specific event and then became products. Your "You Good?" campaign, the Mothers' Nursing Rooms at Daytona or a Centra Care opening can get the same treatment.

Game enginesMulti-screen game loops, leaderboards, phone-as-controller via QR. No app downloads.
Camera and sensor controlFace, hand and body tracking. Sensor-scored physical games. Accessible by design.
Simulators and RCRacing rigs, truck sims, POV radio-control tracks, custom liveries.
LED and productionDaylight-visible LED, floors, walls, audio. Own inventory, own crew.
Data captureConsent-first lead capture, location tagging, CRM export, recap decks.
ContentClips per participant, vertical series, seasonal skins for any property.
06 · Next step

Fifteen minutes to scope Speedweeks 2027.

We will bring a footprint, a crew plan and three price points for the No. 43 Sim Zone. If another property is more urgent, we start there.
